It never ceases to amaze me how quickly and powerfully life can be set on the right track and balance, restored simply through proper Food, Herbs, Yoga, and Meditation which are purely natural and in line with the universe.
I am born and bought up in a spritual home in North india.My first encouter with vedic science was at my home through my parents.The ancient wisdom amzed me so much that, I decided to deep dive into it.
Drawing from more than ten years of experience as a Yoga Instructor, Yoga Therepist and Ayurveda therapist, my training and expertise have roots from Himalayan masters in India. My primary focus is helping indivisual unlock body's natural healing abilities through the power of Ayurveda and Yoga
