About the event

Hello, I am Sugandha and have been cooking since age 10. I am an Indian origin but traveled to multiple countries and with my travel my taste and flavour evolved. When I learned Ayurveda I realized food is important to our sustainable health and we are what we eat. So, I  am on this journey to help enrich people's lives through flavorful and healthy food. Join my hands-on cooking workshop to discover the art of creating delectable plant-based dishes that are healthy and bursting with taste. Discover the magic of herbs and spices.
