It's very common for any of us to find all the reasons to not start a fitness routine or once you start and take to break, difficult to get back.
It's about breaking a pattern and here we have some tips for you to break those mental patterns.
I will tell you what I do for a consistent routine.
I will look for signs and keep reminding myself of the health benefits I am getting out of my practice.
I will find a company with whom I can do my practice
I tend to add one or two more activities in my fitness routine like jogging and swimming, so I make sure at least I am doing one thing at a time.
I will look for signs in my body and push mentally with those signs
I will start with something simple like 10 -15 minutes of stretch and not overload my body initially for a few days.
