About the event

Hello, My name is Sugandha and I have been cooking since age 10. I am an Indian origin but traveled to multiple countries and with my travel my taste and flavour evolved. When I learned Ayurveda I realized food is important to our sustainable health and we are what we eat. So, I  am on this journey to help enrich people's lives through flavorful and healthy food.
