I have always practiced yoga to uplift my spirit and go more inwards and I like to teach with the same intention.

I am keeping this donation-based class where you can come and explore yourself with the expression of yoga.

The class will be for all levels and we will try to quieten our minds and achieve the state of meditation through our practice
